Who am I?

Who am I? I had a reassurance in Mexico about who I am. We had the chance to go to a homeless shelter there for elderly men. These men were people who there family didn't want, they lived out on the street for there whole life. Some of them knew who they were others didnt. You could pick out everyone who knew who they were and others who didnt. The men who didnt know who they were would reject everything we tryed to give to them (blankets, singing, and working around the shelter.) The men who knew who they were took in everything we gave them, and gave us back stuff. The men who didnt softened up and came and listened to us sing and talked to us. The differences between them is that some knew that people loved them and most important God loves them and cares about them. Then others had no hope and wanted to die and hated where they were staying. This place they were staying at they had the choice when they wanted to leave but none of them left. I am a Daughter of God and those Men are Sons of God and he loves all of us and will hold are hand through everything, good and bad he is there for us. I was born in these last days to be a strong follower of Christ, and to spread his glorious word. I am kind of a shy person in tell I get to know the person then I will slowly open. I dont really have the courage to go out and start being a missionary to my friends that I dont know the best. I need to start helping my friends to go on a mission, and to come back to Christ.

Talents

How can you use your talents and interests to "join the conversation" online? Well first off some of my talents are: soccer, running, making people smile, listening, understanding, giving people advice, and making people feel special. How can I use these talents online to help spread the gospel? I could listen to people and understand what they need to hear. I could tell them what I like about the person after I get to know them. After I chat with a person online about the gospel and they feel comfortable around me I will usually bring up the gospel and they have a more open heart and listen more.
How can you be an ambassador for the gospel by using your individual gifts? I can share my light with the people I chat with. Even though its over chat, email, text, Facebook, ect.. If I can feel the spirit and they are truly listening to me then they will feel it to. I can still keep my standards high over the internet, just because they cant see me doesn't me I should lower my standers for them to like me.

Gospel Sharing

"With new technological tools, you can further the work of the Lord by joining the ongoing conversation about the Church." With all the new technology we have now a day don't you think we can start sharing the gospel more? Well we can. We can share the gospel on Facebook, twitter,MySpace, and YouTube. You can get old conference talks, spiritual quotes, and scriptures. We can all share the gospel by just taking some time out of our daily lives and post something spiritual. Now in our church we have been sharing the gospel all over the world. The Church has a Facebook page, and even some missionaries have a mission with computers. They will chat with people over the internet (because some people feel more comfortable with that then they do in person).
"Let your voice be heard in this great cause of the gospel of Jesus Christ." Your *voice* could be use your words. Spread the wonderful light around the world. Most people can acess the internet and they could easily access the gospel. You need to help that happen by doing missionary work on the computer. Not just asking friends to go to church with you but by making a blog, supporting the church, and sharing spiritual things. We have been chosen to live in this day because we know how to spread the gospel in person and over the internet.

My Perfect Day

My Perfect Day?......Hmm....I would want to go on a 10 mile backpacking trip in the Unitahs with my close friends and family. We would eat   Kneaders French Toast then take an 2 hour drive down to Duschene. Once we are at the trail head we would take some pictures then head off on our adventure. Once we got up to the lake we would set up camp, then get some firewood, after that we would go fishing (or hunting). Once it gets dark we would sit around out camp fire talking while out fish is cooking. After dinner we would roast starbursts, and marshmallows. We could talk or we would sleep under the stars and talk about what is on our minds, or ghost stories.
